10th Anniversary SmartScape Expo
The District will host its 10th Anniversary SmartScape Expo on October 12, 2019, from 8am - 2pm at District headquarters - 306 3rd Street, Laguna Beach. Stop by to learn about California landscapes and ways to maximize your water savings!
At this FREE family fun event, attendees can take advantage of free landscape consultations, meet with local landscape and irrigation professionals, purchase CA Friendly plants, and learn about available rebates on water efficient devices.
Throughout the event, residents can meet with experts covering topics such as: landscape and irrigation system design, irrigation timer scheduling, and selecting and caring for California native plants. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in planting workshops and activities, receive free compost, and much more. We can't wait to see you there!

SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER: Debra Lee Baldwin
“Queen of Succulents” Debra Lee Baldwin is the award-winning garden photojournalist who launched global interest in succulents with her book, Designing with Succulents. Her other bestsellers are Succulent Container Gardens and Succulents Simplified. Debra spreads the word about “plants that drink responsibly” via newsletters, articles, photos, videos, social media, public speaking, radio and TV. Her YouTube videos are nearing 5,000,000 views. She focuses on news, design ideas, experts, and destinations that "celebrate the joy of succulents."
