With the District's Auto Pay service, you'll never have to worry about writing a check, paying for postage, or risking costly late fees again.
Through Auto Pay, your bi-monthly bill is paid automatically from either your checking or savings account, and you continue to receive a statement stating the approximate date the payment will be deducted from your account.
The Auto Pay service is free to all District customers.
Enrolling in Auto Pay is easy.
- Fill out the authorization agreement below.
- Attach an original check from the account you would like us to debit, with "VOID" written across it.
- Send the Authorization Agreement with your voided check to Laguna Beach County Water District with your next payment or drop it off at our office.
Once the application is received, it will be processed for your next billing cycle. When the Auto Pay service has been activated on you account, your statement will display "AUTO PAY" on the remittance portion of your bill.
In addition, your bill will include a notation of the date, approximately ten (10) days after the billing date, that the payment will be deducted from your checking or savings account.
NOTE: If you choose to sign up for this service, please continue to remit your payment until you recieve a bill with the "AUTO PAY" notation.
